General Notes and Privacy Statements


1. The use of personal or company related data

We only collect and store personal or company related data having first gained the permission you gave us when registering. The following data was collected for specific purposes at registration: IP-addresses, cookies, user registrations and email addresses. Naturally we abide by the current valid data privacy laws. The data collected by us is for exclusive use of the companies in the TechniData Group, data will only be passed on to third parties with your agreement. You can resign from information subscription lists and also be deleted from all other email lists at any time. To do this, just send an email stating that you wish to be deleted from the lists to marketing@technidata.de .

2. Links to other Web-sites

Our web-sites include links to web-sites belonging to other companies and persons. We are not responsible for the content of these sites or for taking legal data privacy precautions on behalf of them. We are not responsible for the actions of any third parties, who illegally install links from our websites to other websites or alter our websites in other ways.

3. Brands, licences and copyrights

These must be upheld in so far as the website contains information regarding ownership or copyright as well as other rights of TechniData AG or third parties.
