Jürgen Schwab, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Jürgen Schwab, one of TechniData's four founding members, has served as the Chairman of the Board since TechniData became an incorporation (AG) in 2000. As Chairman, he is responsible for the company's global strategy and its business development. Jürgen Schwab holds a degree in computer science.

Thomas Wienke, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Thomas Wienke started his professional career at TechniData as a software developer. From 1996 until 2000 he was co-responsible for the development of our business area Environment, Health and Safety. In 2000 he was appointed to the management and was in charge of the EH&S product and project development From 2004 on, Thomas Wienke took on the responsibility for the coordination of the Operational Areas (Lines of Business). In January 2006 he was appointed member of the Executive Board. In this position, he heads the Production and Technology areas.

Dr. Thomas Wrede, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Dr. Thomas Wrede was appointed TechniData's Chief Financial Officer in October 2001. In that capacity, he is in charge of Finance, Human Resources and Administration. In his previous position, he served as the CFO of itelligence AG. Dr. Thomas Wrede holds a doctor of economics from the University of Cologne.
