The material, substance and usage management functions help you manage all your company's REACH-related substances efficiently, for example in terms of their properties and their usage and exposure scenarios. You also have complete control over the required documents, such as extended safety data sheets. Substance management functions track precisely which substances are used in which preparations and products. They help you determine and document the current REACH status, for example the amounts of an individual substance used by each legal corporate entity. Inspection tools allow you to identify when these amounts are exceeded and take assertive action.

Our solution is the only one that provides a dynamic link between purchased material, sales material and REACH-related substances/preparations. Dynamic means that if, for example, a manufacturer wishes to include a new sales material in his portfolio or the customer inquires about additional uses for a product, a materials management message is generated. The company can then initiate the necessary compliance processes, checking whether this change is relevant for REACH and whether a new usage needs to be registered or a whole new registration process is required. This link means that, even in the event of ad hoc changes to the purchasing, production and sales process, companies are always REACH-compliant. The application assists you with individual substance-specific registration projects, taking into account the company's organizational structure (legal entities).
